Our mothers threw up their hands failing to get us to eat our vegetables.  Since then we, the American kids, have become excellent practitioners of the art of eventuality avoidance–we should print diplomas for ourselves.  Non-pleasant, unavoidable ingestables are not getting in easily so don’t even try feeding us climate change. Yuck, no! That’s not yummy. And, it’s not going down without a fight.
